I arrived at W Dental in Twickenham last week due to a tremendous toothache. As I had never been there before, I had a look, prior to my booking, at availability and reviews. I was booked, after an initial visit, for an extraction today. I was so so scared that no words could explain it better and I believe my face was showing all my fear since I walked through the dental practice door. Dr. Dhan and Muniro have been nothing less than excellent: not only they explained every single step taken during the process but they did everything to make me feel safe and that there was nothing to worry about. The whole extraction was pain-free and quicker than I thought it would be! I was also given a super useful post extraction leaflet that covered the necessary instructions for the next week and what to do in case extra help is needed.
