You should remove your aligners before drinking anything other than plain water. Hot drinks can warp the plastic, while tea, coffee, soft drinks, and coloured beverages can stain both the aligners and your teeth. Always brush or rinse your mouth before putting your aligners back in.

It's best to remove your aligners before vaping. Vapour can stain the aligners over time, and flavoured or coloured liquids may leave residue that affects their appearance. Keeping your aligners clean helps maintain both hygiene and clarity.
